School,Astronomy,and Psychics

Ecck, sorry I haven’t updated in over a week! School started last week and I barely had time to do anything! I also didn’t even draw last week because of school. The second day back, my biology teacher says we have a project; we have to write a report on five scientists that contributed something major to biology! He gave a list on scientists and said to pick five and pick only one of those five to present. I hate presenting stuff; I don’t like talking in front of a crowd and the thing is, we can’t turn in our reports unless we present. The only upside to the project is that there is no page length, but we have to be detailed about how they conducted their experiments.

What I think is worse than that is that I’m starting proofs in geometry, jeez those things are so confusing(most of the time). If you know how to solve the diagram it’s not so hard, but what’s hard is naming the properties! And I love how the hardest thing in geometry is the most important.

To anyone who had (and passed) geometry, how did you survive that chapter?

So,who here is interested in astronomy? I find is fascinating, there’s so much we don’t know about the universe, I also love reading theories about the universe. One example is that when black holes are created, another alternate universe, aka a parallel world, is created. I just love reading all these theories, my favorite so far is the 11th Dimension theory. Even though I like reading about astronomy, I wouldn’t want to work in that field; too much science for my liking.

Okay talking about astronomy seems really nerdy so I’ma talk about Derren Brown. That guy is awesome, I never herd of him until a few days ago. He’s a “British magician, psychological illusionist, mentalist, and skeptic of paranormal phenomena”. I spent the better part of Saturday night watching You Tube clips of his show(s) in the UK, they’re absolutely amazing! My favorites have got to be the zombie, Russian Roulette, and the varies clips where he shows how psychics, mediums, and astrologers trick people into believing they’re the real thing. Though my favorite out of all of them is the chess player trick where he beats four professional players and draws two.

I can totally see why he’s banned from casinos LOL, I suggest that if any of you guys are bored, then watch some of his clips!
